We will be using the reach and wash system to access and clean all of your windows. This method uses only purified hot water and no chemicals or detergents making it 100% safe for people, plants, pet’s, children and the environment it is used in.

Payment is collected between 5-7 days after your windows have been cleaned. We will always notify you before we clean your windows, so payments will never be taken without you knowing that a transaction is pending.

Yes, you have full control of your payment system to make changes as and when you require.

We can offer a regular cleaning service on a 4 or 8 week basis, however we can work with you to work out the best schedule for your property.

We try wherever possible to work to a set routine, this may mean that we work in inclement weather. However, with the system we use, you should not have any issues with the quality of the clean. If for any reason you are not happy after we have cleaned in the rain, let us know within 24 hours and will come back and clean again, no questions asked.

We will always try to provide you with the best possible service every time we clean your windows. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our work, you must contact us within 24 hours of the clean. We will then return the next working day to re clean your windows for free. Please note that complaints made after 24 hours may not be re cleaned.

No, payment is only ever taken after your windows have been cleaned. You will be notified of the amount each time before any payment has been deducted.
